Description from the creator

This vide will give you several easy and simple ideas on How to fix and Tighten Loose Drawer Knobs. Choose the right knobs for your cabinets. Loose drawer knobs can eventually fall off the front of a drawer, leaving you without a convenient way to open it. Not all drawer knobs are created equal, and, depending on the knob, there are multiple ways to tighten them when loose. Open the drawer to access the screw holding the knob to the drawer face. Use a screwdriver to tighten the screw clockwise to secure the knob. Apply a drop or two of a strong, fast-acting glue into the opening on the back of a metal drawer knob if the knob threads appear stripped. Place your finger against the knob’s screw head on the back of the drawer face. Quickly place the knob onto the screw protruding from the face of the drawer, taking care not to drip glue on the drawer face. For best results, use a glue that contains cyanoacrylate. If glue does not work (glue usually never works) then remove the screw from the drawer face. Take the screw and the knob to a hardware store or home improvement center. Often problems are caused by the screw being too short or too long to allow the knob to tighten against the drawer face. Purchase a new screw to fit the knob’s threads and the length you desire. Insert the new screws into the opening along the drawer face. Hand-tighten the knob on the screw and use a screwdriver to finish tightening the screw. Another option is to fill the thread cavity in a wooden drawer knob with wood glue. Insert wooden toothpicks into the cavity to fill the space. Use utility shears to cut the toothpicks flush with the back of the drawer knob. Sand the ends of the toothpicks, if necessary, to ensure they sit flush with the back of the knob. Hold the screw in place with one hand while you hand-tighten the knob onto the screw. Allow the glue to dry overnight before tightening the screw with a screwdriver.
Another method: Remove decorative drawer faces by removing the screws holding them onto the front of the drawer. This allows you to access the knob screw behind the decorative face. Use the same procedures as listed previously to tighten loose drawer pulls on decorative drawer fronts. Reattach the decorative drawer face once you tighten the knob. As you can see, I simply added a few washers and reinstalled the knob hardware so that the screw was no longer too long. You can also use a nut to get the same effect. A nut allows you to simply twist the knob to a tight position and is my favorite way of fixing this problem.
