How to fly an autogyro - part 2, learning to fly

In this series you can follow along and see how to fly an autogyro with Mark and Andre from SkyDriving Aviaition Inc. (skydriving.ca)

As they travel from Canada to Utah you will see the process they go through to learn to fly an autogyro (gyroplane) as they undertake training from one of America's best gyroplane flight training school, Airgyro in Spanish Fork, Utah.

The beautiful scenery in the Spanish Fork area also allows the pilots to experience mountain flying as they learn how to fly an autogyro.

Mark and Andre want to show you how simple it is to fly an autogyro as well as how safe the aircraft are. Invented in the early part of the 20th Century, gyro flying never really became popular until the past 15 years. Even Mark, as a previous owner of an Autogyro found it difficult to take lessons in the 1990's. Today, learning how to fly an autogyro is much easier and the appeal of this amazing aircraft has hit new highs as their performance and comfort has increased.
