Steps I have taken:
1.Applying for an EIN(Free online)
2. Hire a registered Agent( prices vary)
3. Articles of organization($200)
4. Newspaper publications also known as Articles of publication (Albany county $55 and $65, prices vary based on county and state)
5. Certificate of authority($225)Stated in the video as a certificate of authentification.
6. Resellers license (free)
