I love avocados but trying to get them ripe can be a hit or miss. So instead I buy them in bulk and the minute they are ripe I freeze them. Are they as good as fresh... No... they do go slightly less vibrant green... are they yummy and convenient.. Yes! My favourite breakfast is avocado on toast and these frozen avocados are great for simply taking 1/2 out every night before bed ready for a yummy breakfast in the morning, look out for my video on Avocado Toast delicious.
