HOW TO FREEZE KALE!

Yes, I know, KALE is everyone's favorite vegetable - don't deny it. You know you love it. Anywho...if you are a gardener (like yours truly) or are able to get your paws on some cheap kale, you might have an abundance of kale that you just can't eat quickly enough. I love to freeze kale and pop a little bit into smoothies or soup throughout non-gardening months. I prefer this method of blanching the kale first before freezing, as it stops an enzyme that would usually make the kale go bad more quickly, even if frozen. Enjoy!!!
