Description from the creator

In this video I explain the steps needed to prepare Rose Seeds to germinate. Rose seeds need stratification or artificial winter to germinate. The seeds need to be prepared first. I'll show you how in just a few minutes, using simple things you have in your house right now.

Prior to the development of continuous or multibloom rose varieties, roses set seed in the Fall. To ensure survival rose seeds need to experience 2 to 4 months of cold winter temperatures. This prevents the seed from germinating during a warm week and being killed by cold.
