How to get fuller lips:

Step 1:
Concealer: to take away any imperfections.

Step 2:
Dab the lips with powder.

Step 3:
Use a darker lip-liner & draw slightly outside the natural lip line.

Step 4:
Fill in the lips with lipstick, make sure to blend it with the lip-liner.

Step 5:
Apply a lighter color or gloss in the center for extra oomp!
