all you need is cheatengine

Basically you need look for the number in intervals of 8. Don't ask why just do it. So at the creation screen scan for 72 (8*9=72) many numbers will pop up. then add one skill point to any stat, Change the scan type to decreased value. Don't, i repeat, DON'T use decreased vale by because you could get more numbers than before. So you should see one or more 64 if there are over 3 repeat the process if not add them all and change them using 8s. (for 100 more sp enter the value 8000) you cant go higher than that i think because it will detect it and give you a negative number.

If you evenly distributed your points you wont need money for your equips because your charisma will bring the price to 1. if you diddn't or you want to add magic to your weapon use the same process as the sp hack expt with your gold.
