Description from the creator

You can use CocoDry™ to harden and solidify both water based (acrylic & latex) and oil-based paints for disposal.

CocoDry's™ honeycomb particulate structure can increase up to nine times its own mass during absorption, allowing paint to become encapsulated and turning it into a solid substance.

Most paint hardeners rely on water as a catalyst to be effective, but CocoDry™ relies on its high absorption characteristics in its natural form which makes it especially effective with oil-based paints.

Due to CocoDry's™ non-leach characteristics, hardened paint will not "re-wet" even if it comes into contact with liquids in a landfill.

CocoDry™ - The environmentally responsible way to dispose of unused paint.

Coco Products LLC takes pride in developing innovative products from the very material that was once a problem of the coconut industry. Before the 1970’s coir pith was often burned as there was no practical way to discard what they regarded as waste. Today coir is used in a wide variety of products, from soil amendments to oil absorbents.

We source our coir from growing regions worldwide, and we are committed to working closely with suppliers to bring our customers the highest quality consistent products available.
