How To HIT A Volleyball ⎮ For Beginners!

It's finally here! The first part of hitter's segment! We will be working on our volleyball approach and learning our footwork to take those first couples of steps! I have been a volleyball spiker for a long time and it's a passion of mine! I am so excited to teach you how to spike!

When learning your volleyball approach we must first learn about the type of approach, the "three-step approach" and how to properly do it.

The first part of our segment will be learning those three steps as we start working on our hitter's approach. Let's start learning how to spike that volleyball!
