In this video, I show you how to hold drum sticks using the traditional grip method. Traditional grip involves one hand gripping the drum stick in an underhand style, and the other hand gripping the stick in an overhand style.

I am by no means a professional with regards to holding drumsticks in traditional grip, but I did my best in this video to show you how to do it!
