In this video Damon Bennett teaches us how to install a light fixture.

WHAT YOU"LL NEED:
multi head screw driver, black electrical tape

STEPS:
Turn off the power.
Line up holes on the guide plate to the holes in the flanges that come off of the electrical box.
Put the wires through the middle hole.
Screw in guide plate.
Take ground wire, which is always the copper bare wire, and attach to ground screw.
Wrap it around and tighten screw so if light fixture slips out of your hand it will hold.
Attach black to black wire and white to white wire.
Twist wires together.
Take a marette and seal ends of wire. Twist wire into it.
Wrap marette with electrical tape to seal.
Lift lamp up pushing in wires as you go.
Push marettes in and make sure they are secured within the box.
Screw in lamp.
Turn power back on.
