How to install a pre hung exterior front door

Heffernan Construction is installing a 32" steel door in a home located in East Erie Pa. The door has mini blinds in between the window panes. We found out that the sill was rotted out and needed changed. The door was finished off with a white aluminum coil stock on the exterior frame.
