An instructional video demonstrating how to install BackTrack 3 to a flash drive.
1) Download BackTrack 3 USB
2) Extract the iso
3) Copy the two folders "BT3" and "Boot" to a flash drive (memory stick, thumb drive etc.)
4) Open "Boot" then double click "bootinst"; follow the on screen instructions.
5) Restart the computer
6) While the computer is starting up press F10 or F12 to boot from a USB drive.
7) Start using BackTrack
