This is a video showing how to install a file manager, apk manager, app manager so if your android device doesn't have a working market you can still side load apps.

Here are the steps from the video written up

First search for a filebrowser, appmanager, apkmanager that will work for your device (the one in the video is found at code.google.com/p/openintents/downloads/detail?… )

1.Open up your tablets browser search for apkmanager or fileexplorer the extensions will be apk
2.Your notification bar will say download complete
3.In the notification bar click on it and select install

You will be able to use that app to side load other apps
