How to Jailbreak 1.1.3 on your iPod/iPhone!!

IMPORTANT!
UPDATE: THIS WILL DELETE YOUR APPS FROM YOUR IPOD! SUMMERBOARD WORKS!!!!!!
Customize still doesn't work.

This is a SOFT jailbreak, meaning there is a BETTER jailbreak still to be out. This soft jailbreak is the same thing as the better jailbreak still to be released, only that the soft jailbreak is a little buggy.

1. Make sure you have a JailBroken 1.1.2 Device.


2. More that 160MB free on your root partition. Move Applications to /private/var/Applications if necessary.


3. Make Sure you have BSD SubSystem 1.5 or later installed on your iPod.


4. Make Sure you set AutoLock in Preferences to NEVER.

5. Make Sure you are plugged Into a computer.


6. Make sure you have SEVERAL minutes to wait.

7. Make sure you are ready to update.


8. Make Sure you have touchrepo.com/repo.xml installed in your sources in Installer.

9. Download "1.1.3 JailBreak (DEV TEAM)"


10. Wait several minutes.

This process may take up to 20-40 minutes, depending on your internet connection. Make sure you have time to wait for it.

If you follow these instructions EXACTLY there will not be any problems.
