How to Kill or Contain Runaway Bamboo- 3 Methods

They lied when they sold us clumping bamboo. It turned out to be running bamboo. Here is what we did to kill and contain it permanently. In the video we mix the killing solution, administer it, and do a check up on it after 1 month. We have another video follow up 2 years after this .

The runaway bamboo was invasive and sprouting in our neighbors yard. Killing it, we needed some methods because it can be difficult. We used Round up on one cluster. Then we used vinegar salt and detergent on another cluster. Finally we covered it all in black plastic and hoped the sun would work.
