Welcome to a a new knitting tutorial!
I really do hope that you've found this tutorial somehow useful and that if you are new to sock knitting, that it might have made you want to cast on your first pair!
You will find below all the infos that you will need to get started, alongside some of my own sock patterns!

+ Finished measurements (of the socks)
Leg Length (From Cuff to Bottom of heel): 7.8" (20cm) / Circumference: 8.6"(22cm) Foot Length (from heel to toe) 9.8" (25cm)
(I'm a US foot size 9/ UK 6.5/ France 40)

+ Gauge
1" (2.5cm)= 7.5 stitches (with the socks knit in the round. The measurements are taken after blocking the socks).
