How to use the AE AF lock with factory installed iPhone/iPad app, and how to view 16:9 during recording. Tested working on iPhone 4, 4s, iPad 2nd gen, and iPad mini w/retina. Should be the same process for the iPhone 5, 5s, and 5c, although I would like someone to confirm that it does work, and whether the AE/AF icon shows.
