making this skirt will need Waist and Hips measurements.the skirt length is down to the knee. if you like longer skirt that you will need more spandex and lace.
It will need 60cm spandex, 30cm stretch lace, & 80cm 2cm wide elastic. If you don't know how to sew elastic on stretch fabric, Please check out the video below:
