How to Make a ARC Inspiration Notebook with Dividers

DIY ARC notebook with dividers and how to make a collage or cover in PicMonkey. I am a magazine reader and I tear out pages to use as inspiration. I would keep them in a binder and never refer to them. Binders are so bulky for me. I really don't like using them.
