HOW TO MAKE A BASIC HOOD PATTERN TUTORIALS | KIM DAVE

Hey DIY Fam, this video is a pattern tutorial in which I make a basic hood pattern. I develop this design from my basic bodice pattern (see link below). I tested the pattern at the end to check for errors.

To finish
- To make hoodie larger, make the height and width bigger.
- To make hoodie sit more relaxed into the neckline, take away one or
two inches away from neckline inwards
- You will need about half a metre to cut the hoodie itself
- To add a drawstring around the hoodie edge, make extension wider to
accommodate the rope.
- Add sleeve & front zip to make a proper hoodie jacket.
- To make a hoodie jumper, cut the front on a fold and join hood with ends
meeting at the centre front
