How To Make A Darth Vader Costume, Vol. 1: The Shoulder Armor

In this video, I give detailed specs on how to make the shoulder Armor.
Shopping List:
- Camping Foam (roll of blue foam roll you can get at Wal-Mart in the sporting goods section)
- Some fencing wire (you can get a small roll at Menard's, you need this to keep the form of the pads)
- Small Utility hook
- Fiberglass resin ( bucket)
- Lots of bushes (when the fiberglass dries, the brushes are no good, so you will need plenty of those)
- Nylon Webbing belt
- 2 Belt Clamps
- elastic band
- Small Bolt Cutters
- Scissors
- Exacto Knife
- Box cutter
- Grey Paint
- Black Paint
- Painter's Tape
- Hot Glue Gun
Some other things to possible get too:
- Small paint brush for detailing
- Fine Grit sandpaper
