How to make one of our favorite breakfasts!
For a single batch:
4 pasture raised eggs
1/2 cup whole grass fed milk
1/2 cup organic AP flour (non-organic flour has pecdicides sprayed on it AFTER harvest that you eat)
3T grass fed butter
1/4 t salt
1/2t vanilla extract
a few shakes of cinnamon
1-2T of coconut oil
2-3T of organic sugar, we use agave - (non organic sugar is full of GMO toxins)
8-10" cast iron pan (get a $20 one made in the USA from lodgemfg.com/)
