A Gin Gimlet is a classic drink that is really easy to make and soooo good. Surprisingly, a lot of people forget about it when making a drink at home, or ordering a cocktail at the bar. However, if you use a good gin and fresh lime juice, you might just discover your new favorite drink.

Gin Gimlet Recipe
3 ounces gin
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
Lime garnish

Directions
Fill a martini shaker with ice, then add each ingredient. Shake a few times to mix, then strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lime.
