We had to share one of our favorite dishes with you!
Here's how to make a killer Broccoli Casserole:

16oz-20oz of Frozen Chopped Broccoli
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Mayo
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon Minced Onion
1 cup Grated Cheese
Townhouse Crackers

Cook broccoli until tender and then drain. Combine everything except the crackers into a bowl and then mix. Use a round or oblong casserole dish and wipe down with butter. Pour your mixture in dish and cover the top with crushed townhouse crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes and enjoy!
