I wanted to share with you this recipe for making your own lavender perfume. Lavender is known for its soothing and relaxing qualities. It's great as a sleeping aid as well. All the ingredients are natural and chemical/toxins free. I love the scent of Lavender. Isn't it amazing? I like applying this solid perfume on my wrist before going to bed to make me fall a sleep. You can also drizzle some on a small towel/napkin and smell the scent while laying in bed. Or you can apply it on your pillow as well. It will make you relaxed and calm and fall asleep faster.
