6-7 Mint Leaves
2 Large Lime Wedges
1/4 Mango Diced
2oz Light Rum
Simple Syrup
Ginger Ale
Ice

• Tear up mint leaves into Boston shaker, save one sprig for garnish.
• Add diced mango and two ice cubes.
• Squeeze juice from lime wedges into shaker, add wedges as well.
• Muddle thoroughly.
• Add light rum, a splash of simple syrup, several more ice cubes.
• Shake thoroughly.
• Pour into Collins glass, float with ginger ale, stir well.
• Add garnish and straws.
