In this free mixology video Clint will teach you how to make a Perfect Manhattan. This is an awesome whiskey based cocktail that is sure to knock your socks off! This is a strong drink for sure but what classifies this drink as "perfect" is the fact that it uses both sweet and dry vermouth. This makes the drink finish a little smoother than a traditional Manhattan. The sweet vermouth will mask a bit of the whiskey taste which doesn't make it any less powerful, just easier to put down!

The recipe for a Perfect Manhattan:
Fill a pint with a ice and add to it
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
2 1/2 oz whiskey
1 dash angostura bitters
Stir for 20-30 seconds
Serve up in a martini glass
Garnish with a maraschino cherry and enjoy!
