How To Make A Pineapple Mojito

Like peanut butter & chocolate, pineapples & mojitos are two great tastes that go great together.

To make:

Squeeze a few wedges of lime into your favorite glass. Smack 10 leaves of mint in your palms to bruise & release their aromas, add to the limes. Muddle, then pour in 1/4 oz of simple syrup, 2 oz of pineapple rum (we fancy Plantation's "Stiggins' Fancy"), & 2 oz pineapple juice. Add ice, top with club soda, stir, grab a straw and go to town. If you're up to it, garnish with mint and/or lime. Or not.
