Hi guys! My name is Gris and I make videos mostly in spanish ("Mis Pastelitos" on YouTube) but these are my videos in english, hope you like them :)

INGREDIENTS COOKIE:

- 2 ½ cups of flour plus 2 extra tablespoons
- 6 ounces of unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of sugar
- A pinch of salt

DECORATION INGREDIENTS:

To decorate the cookie you’re going to need royal icing in all of these colors. And pastry bags with a #4 tip.

- Light brown royal icing
- Red royal icing
- White with a little bit of yellow royal icing
- Black royal icing
- Green royal icing
- Yellow royal icing
