In this easy cooking video, I make a simple pot roast, or stew, using a boneless beef chuck roast, in my Crock-Pot slow cooker. The ingredients to this recipe are a beef chuck roast, 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, 1 can of water, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, 1/2 tablespoon of garlic or garlic powder, a splash of Worcestershire sauce, 1 lb of potatoes, and 1 lb of baby carrots.
