I’ve been using this little loop antenna to pick up a 460mhz frequency and it’s been working great! I just used a socket wrench to bend the loop and a pair of pliers to make the 90 degree turn and it just sits right into the center conductor of my antenna connector on my RadioShack pro 164 scanner.

I just used an old coax cable and cut out the copper core. If you have any tips or want to leave a comment please do so below I love feedback! Don’t forget to subscribe for more scanner videos!
