-How to Make Wrist Corsage | Flower Arranging Tutorial
In this step-by-step tutorial, we’ll show you how to create a beautiful corsage using fresh flowers — perfect for weddings, events, or prom.
In this tutorial, you’ll learn:
How to make a wrist corsage
Flower placement tips for movement and shape
Common mistakes to avoid when working with fresh flowers
No prior floral experience required.
Tools used in this tutorial:
- Floral Shears (snips)
- Card stock backing (we used old business cards)
- 5/8" ribbon
- Scissors
- Hot Glue (for making backing only)
- Cold Floral Glue for securing flowers to the card stock
- Greenery (few leaves and stems)
- 4 Spray rose blooms
- Wax Flower
Design notes: Wrists are not one size fits all which is why we use ribbon to tie the corsage around the wrist. You may make these a day before and store them in an air tight container with a damp paper towel placed on them. Do not sore near freezer. This tutorial uses cold floral glue, if using hot glue be ware that the hardened glue may separate from the organic material (flowers) and fall apart.
