Paint the toilet roll
Allow to dry
Cut the legs a quarter of the way up the roll
Roll up the leg using a pencil
With a hole punch and coloured paper make some dots of glue on the legs
Add the paper dots on the legs
Turn the tube over and paint glue on the bottom of the legs
Add more dots
Allow to dry
Draw eyes and a mouth
