There are 6 steps:

1. Open Kapwing's Studio
2. Upload a Video or Image for Your Virtual Background
3. Crop Your Image or Video to 16:9
4. Click Publish and Wait
5. Download Your Background From Kapwing
6. Add Your Image or Video to ZOOM's Virtual backgrounds
