Description from the creator

Don't have any Balsamic Vinegar on hand? Here is an easy to make substitute that will delight your taste buds - Simple, easy and inexpensive; nice substitute for the real thing and at a fraction of the cost too.

Mix equal parts of either red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar (I use organic but it is fine to use regular red wine vinegar or plain ol' ACV)
and granulated cane sugar.

Put in heavy bottom pan and bring to a boil mixing constantly - When sugar is melted, the substitute balsamic vinegar is ready to use after it has cooled.

Don't be afraid to adjust the sugar amount to meet your tastes!
