How to Make Apple Fritters!

Happy Tasty Tuesday, friends! Apple Fritters are one of my favorite donuts and I'm so excited to share a delicious and easy recipe using Granny Smith apples! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1.5 cups flour
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3 Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp cinnamon
Vegetable oil for frying

For Vanilla glaze:
1.5 cups powdered sugar
4 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp butter, melted
Pinch of salt

Instead of the cinnamon sugar on top I went with a glaze! I think the glaze taste much better!
