How to Make Arabic Coffee - Cardamom Coffee - Episode 41

Arabic coffee is one of my favorite afternoon pick-me-ups. I love the intense smell and flavor of the coffee with cardamom. This is the traditional method we use to make this coffee. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 cup water
2 teaspoons Arabic coffee
½ - 1 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
In an Arabic coffee pot or a small pot on medium high heat, add all ingredients. Stir to remove any clumps of coffee in the water.
Let come to a boil stirring only from the top of the pot to ensure the grounds at the bottom don’t resurface. Once at a boil, remove from heat and serve in Arabic coffee cups or espresso cups.
