1 cup of water
1/2 cup turmeric
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons coconut oil

*** INGREDIENTS FOR GOLDEN MILK ***
1 teaspoon of turmeric paste
2 Glasses of vegetable or cow's milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Sweetener to taste
