Today I'd to do a recipe that's been requested by Shane. It's Chinese brown sauce. facebook.com/cicili So when he asked me to do a brown sauce recipe, I was actually thinking to myself, Hmm.... What's Chinese brown sauce?! Since Chinese cuisine is very diverse with many regional cuisines. There really isn't an all purpose sauce like that. So I did some research and I realized that this brown sauce is a Chinese American sauce that's been using in most of the Chinese American takeout restaurants. Then I called up some chefs and came up with today's recipe. I hope you like it!
