Wanted something nice for NYE, so decided to make chocolate Vodka. 2 different types of chocolate vodka actually. the first one with marshmallows and Bar One Chocolate. The second vodka was infused with Tennis Biscuits and Mars bars.
The tennis biscuit vodka must be well strained as it leaves crumbs behind which is an odd texture, the Bar One and Marshmallows on the other hand was fantastic! Will definitely make that again.
