In this video I show you how to make your own super cheap double pointed knitting needles using chopsticks!
All you need to get started are chopsticks (at least 4, though 5 is better), a pencil sharpener, and a nail file. The most common chopsticks will make a size 5 to 5.5mm needle (US 8 or 9).
Once you start practicing knitting in the round with your new needles, you can eventually make your own hats, mittens, and slippers!
