How to Make Easy Snow Cones With Snow!

Our kids just love making homemade snow cones whenever it snows. Sure, we have a snow cone maker, but this is easier and it’s a great activity for them when they’re cooped up in the house on a snow day! lol

These homemade snow cones require just 2 ingredients, so they’re quick and easy to make! Here is a short demonstration of how to make snow cones, along with a link to the easy recipe!

We have had a lot of questions about whether or not it is safe to eat snow. As long as you use fresh snow that is not dirty, you’ll be fine! This means don’t use yellow snow from your dog’s favorite potty spot, snow piled up by a snowplow, dirty road snow, snow from your job at the chemical plant (lol), etc. It’s really pretty basic - Just be sure to collect pristine looking white snow.
