The salsa recipe yields A LOT of salsa - perfect as salad dressing, taco and burrito toppings, as a party appetizer with chips, breakfast burritos, and other healthy foods.

At my house we use it as a topping for anything from grilled chicken to fajitas, and it’s usually gone within a week because it’s so good! This make at least 8 cups of salsa (or more). Enjoy :)
