How to Make Ginger Syrup | Chaser

On this episode of Chaser, I’m showing you how to make your own ginger syrup. It’s a staple in my home bar for use in Dark and Stormys, Mule drinks, and also just to make a delicious ginger beer when I’m looking for something non-alcoholic. There’s not too much to the process here so follow along and by the end of the video you will be making Ginger syrup before you know it!

Ginger Syrup Ingredients:
- 1lb Cut and Peeled Ginger
- 2.5 Cups of Water
- 2 Cups of Sugar
- Combine and Simmer Till Reduced to 3 Cups
- Strain and Bottle
