How to Make Healthy Soda | Daisy Creek Farms

Soda contains about 36 grams of sugar which is 9 teaspoons of sugar. However, it is not just plain old cane sugar, the sugar in the soda is high fructose corn syrup. Most of the high fructose corn syrup is made from GMO corn. Let me put it this way. None of this is healthy for you. Recommended daily sugar intake for average human is 32 grams, however this does not mean any kind of sugar. One should only consume natural sugar such as homey or sugar derived from fruits. This is what I am using to make all natural and healthy soda.
