I show how to make the Hello Kitty face details and how to use a Hello Kitty cutter and stamper/embosser for making a Hello Kitty cupcake topper out of fondant. You can also use it to make embossed Hello Kitty cookies as well or embossed Hello Kitty shaped and embossed vegetables like carrots and potatoes.
