How To Make Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits

This buttermilk biscuit recipe/ demonstration video for the ones that struggle with biscuit making. these are everything a southern biscuit should be. they are soft, tall, and fluffy and packed with yummy goodness they are delicious!

Recipe:
4 Cups of Flour
2 tablespoons of baking powder
1 heaping teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
10 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of crisco shortening
1 1/2 to 2 cups of cold buttermilk (save some for brushing biscuts before baking
Make sure to preheat oven to 425 degrees until golden brown.
Approximate Cook Time:15-18 minutes...for better Browning last 8 minutes of cooking place biscuits on very top rack in oven and turn oven temp to 480 degrees depending on your oven
