Kolaches are an amazing combination of Czech influence mixed with Texas culture. Eat a kolaches today and you will understand what I mean. I used jalapeno smoked sausage which was already smoked before I used it.

Dough Recipe:

1 cup of whole milk
1 tbsp yeast
3 and half cups of all purpose flour
2 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp water
1.5 tbsp avocado oil
4.5 tbsp butter
